TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The giveaway is conducted by Veila Studio.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

  • The wedding must be taking place in Victoria, Australia.

  • The wedding date must fall within November 2026 and April 2027.

  • The entrant must be the couple getting married (or one member of the couple).

  • Employees, immediate family and anyone directly involved in running the giveaway are not eligible.

3. How to enter

  • Follow @veilastudioau on Instagram & TikTok

  • Tag two friends on the Instagram giveaway post.

  • Complete the online entry form.

  • For a bonus entry they must share the post to their public Instagram Story and tag @veilastudioau

4. Entry period

Entries open at 6pm AEST on 30 September 2026 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 25 October 2026.

5. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The winner will be notified via the email provided in the entry form. Once the winner has accepted, we will post via our instagram story. 

6. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on their entry form on 26th October 2026. The winner must respond within 24 hours. If the winner does not respond and accept within this period, a new winner may be selected.

7. The prize

The prize consists of our Classic Wedding Content Creation Package, including 4 hours of coverage, the full raw gallery and 1 Signature Edit delivered within 48 hours of the wedding.

The prize includes travel within 40km of Melbourne. Additional travel, accommodation, parking, tolls or other expenses are not included and may be payable by the winner.

8. Availability

The prize is subject to the availability of Veila Studio on the winner's wedding date. Winning the giveaway does not guarantee availability for the requested date. If the winner's preferred date is unavailable, the prize may be transferred to another eligible date by mutual agreement.

9. Prize limitations

  • the prize cannot be exchanged for cash

  • it can't be transferred/sold to another person

  • it can't be combined with another offer

  • any additional hours are charged at Veila Studios normal rate

  • any additional services not listed aren't included

10. Changes/cancellation

If the winner's wedding is cancelled, postponed or the date becomes unavailable, we will work with the winner to determine whether an alternative date can be accommodated. The prize is subject to our availability.

In the unlikely event that Veila Studio has to cancel, we will work with the winner to accommodate a new date given Veila Studio has availability.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their information for these purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
